Get Fit With Me

so  i  went  to the  doctor the  other  day   finally  to  see  whats  going  on  with  me ive been  so  tired  and  weak  and  just  overall  feeling  very sore and blah .I hate going  to the  doctor but  after   trying  everything I could at home to get  better  and  failing  i  caved  fearing  something  was seriously wrong thankfully she  told  me  its  lack  of  proper  eating habits and  personal care as  well  as excess  weight and  stress  that's   causing  the  other  issues. so  after   talking  to  her about  all  my  options  and  what  would   work  best with  my  schedule she  suggested  a  better   and  healthier  eating plan   which  i  can  work  into  my  schedule  as  well  as working  out at  least 2-3 times  a  week  and loosing  the  excess weight  it  isn't  going to  be  easy   but  its  going to  be  worth  it  to  be  here  happy  and  healthy  so  i can  watch  my  kids  grow  up and  set  a  positive  role-model
  for  them. so  i   turned  it  into  a  game  of  sorts so  that  im  more  likely  to  stick  with  this  and  get  the  weight  off,so  i  drew  up  a "game  board" so  after   every  # block  which   represents  a  pound  each i  have  set  up  a  reward  block after   every 5  pounds  weather  its  buying  something  i  want   thats  small  or haveing  a  cheat   day and  positive  notes  to  keep  me  going .I will  do  an  update  once  a  week on  this  to  show   you  how  im  doing  .

So day 1 was yesterday and it went well considering first part of my day was momming and cleaning up the house The afternoon was hostesses and cleaning the boys went to bed did my workout felt great went to bed and just tossed and turned knowing everything that had to be done in the am feeling positive slow and steady wins the race right

  2. well its been one week and as hard as it was i did do a workout each and every day nothing too hard but its a start and i do more reps of each exercise followed up with my doctor for a check up for unrelated issues but happy to report down a whole pound its not much but im impressed because i havent stopped eatting and entertaining quests
